“12. APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF THE CONDITIONS IN RESPECT OF A SEXUAL ENTERTAINMENT VENUE LICENCE – LA SALSA, 24 SILVER STREET, HALIFAX
The Head of Customer Services submitted a written report which sought consideration to an application for the variation of the conditions for the sexual entertainment venue licence in respect of premises known as La Salsa, 24 Silver Street, Halifax. La Salsa had been licensed as a sexual entertainment venue since December 2010. The current licence was due to expire on 12th December 2014. The applicant attended the meeting and addressed the Committee.
